  • Creating a tool to measure systemic risk that could serve to analyse our client’s systemic nature vis à vis its peer competitors and to minimize a possible regulatory surcharges from the Basel Committee.

    aftermath was asked to develop a non partisan view to systemic risk and a method to score its systemic nature. Key was implementing a credible, simple and seemingly non partisan method that would yield the client’s best positioning. It was very important to anticipate the regulators modelling approach to serve a plausible model to be adapted.

  • Investigating undisclosed information to understand the state of a leniency process against one of our clients.

    aftermath was assigned to obtain all relevant undisclosed information about the possible leniency process opend against the client. The relevant question was whether there was such a process against our client and if then who was endorsing it.
